We have over 30 years of experience in design, build and operate of server farms at all sizes. Including Construction and planning Data Centers for global companies such as Amdocs, NICE and more.

We Serve as consultants for the Entrepreneurs and Investors. Supervision of Data Centers construction, design of all the electro-mechanical systems on site, bringing in suitable suppliers and contractors, Inspection of the works and general supervision. Accredited Tier Designers.
OUR STORY
LRP is a consulting company specializing in the planning, construction, and maintenance of server rooms of any configuration.
We specialize exclusively in Data Centers.
We carry out construction planning and maintenance management of Data Centers and computer rooms of various sizes for our customers in Israel, America, Europe, India, and Australia.
Among our major clients are: Amdocs, Nice, Elbit, HP, REIT 1, Saan, electrical engineering companies, Defense Ministry, and more.
Planning, managing, and operating for 17 years, 60 facilities around the world.
In 2017, LRP won together with VERTIV, the ACR NEWS (Air Conditioning and Refrigeration) award, for designing the most energy efficient Data Center of the 2017 Environmental Project of the Year (in London) with a PUE of 1.1-1.2 till today (A facility which we still manage and operate).
DATA CENTER PLANNING
Designing Data Centers requires expertise and thorough understanding of:

The "interrelationships" between the electrical and mechanical systems.

The changing requirements of IT equipment.
The various configurations are defined by the redundancy levels, for example the Uptime Institute Tier levels provide general guidelines for each configuration you choose.
LRP has the expertise to adapt and optimize the existing and/or new infrastructure being built on the proposed site to the chosen Tier level requirements. The interaction between the systems requires a unique combination of Data Center systems engineering expertise.
Data Center audits performed by LRP have uncovered design mistakes that were made due to lack of familiarity with the subject.
LRP’s Data Center design expertise is based on extensive experience with energy and power systems such as UPS systems, generators, chiller systems, high voltage, etc.
The requirements of IT equipment change as technology advances, and only a company that deals with the planning and maintenance of Data Centers is aware of the emerging changes on the part of the IT equipment.
LRP has developed a methodology and load distribution state table to simplify initial build planning. This state table is custom built for each Data Center and ensures that no segment in the Data Center is overloaded and can transparently accommodate additional load in the event of any power component failure.

Data Center Maintenance and Management
Data Center maintenance requires a systemic view and a thorough understanding of the electro-mechanical infrastructure, starting with the electricity through the air conditioning systems and ending with the BMS system sensors.
In order to plan and execute transparent and non-disruptive maintenance, LRP uses the load distribution state table to determine what the effect will be by removing a single component from service to be maintained off-line.
This tool provides a clear picture about various failures that can affect the room, so the management team can be prepared in advance for any scenario.
Service agreements with External Service Providers
LRP writes the SLA (Service Level Agreement) requirements documents for the client to ensure the highest level of service.
The company works closely and continuously with Data Center system suppliers and their service departments to maximize the SLA level within the given budget.
System Failures
System faults require immediate response and repair, regardless of the Tier Level (1 to 4) configuration.
LRP regularly maintains customer electro-mechanical systems to enable an immediate response to malfunctions in general and system failures in particular.
In existing sites, we familiarize ourselves with all the electrical, air conditioning, plumbing, fire suppression systems, etc. components to enable immediate remote support and guidance to the site's local teams.
Long Term Strategic Planning
In addition to planning and setting up server rooms, LRP provides strategic consulting for the execution of the "Five Year" plan.
For long-term planning, LRP takes into consideration the maintenance costs with respect to the SLA, the costs of the local teams, and future growth projections.
LRP will verify both the maximum physical and electromechanical capacity of the room, and using future IT growth expectations, calculate when capacity will be reached.
Training Programs & Technical Seminars
Local technical teams must be fully familiar with the infrastructure of the facility and the load distribution table. To keep the technical team up to date, LRP provides general and specific training on the infrastructure of the site itself.
